Not even close to an accurate assessment. There will be plenty of time to review their proposal prior to the shareholders meeting.
In the mean time, NP continues to provide the 13d with support via his continued missteps. IMO, support for the 13d has grown since their initial 8K was released. The FDA letter just prior to the 13d filing didn’t help.

The goal is for the 13D to release a plan as late as possible, as close to the Annual Shareholder Meeting as possible, so there's little time to research the plan and ask questions.
Makes sense if I was trying to screw over shareholders also. Please no Nader banter. Not debating how bad Nader is. But at least I know the current devil, Paul and his group have the potential to be much worse.
