Bioamber SAS does not exist in any form. You now seem to be indicating that a secret successor was formed in 2014 in order to fool the investing public 4 years later in a 7+ year planned second transaction. Just stop.

You want me to prove that Bioamber was liquidated and that liquidated always means dead? Seriously? It’s not enough that you’ve seen a signed APA and never heard from them since??
