Hmm that’s odd because according to BioAmber’s own SEC filings BioAmber SAS was liquidated in December of 2014 lol.
I guess BioAmber lied on its SEC filings to hide it from everyone lol

On your link- the website does not work. The “President and COO” listed is now COO of Ayfren, a move he had to make because Bioamber SAS has ceased operations.
