No I was wrong.

The price of lumber as it relates to the cost of building a house and the housing market had no effect on the price of lumber.

It didn't all come out in the wash.

It ended up being the parabolic ceiling that did lumber chasers in.

You know who got caught chasing?...Parabola watchers.

Imagine the largest jump in lumber costs in history being seen as good for the economy?

You'd almost have to be blindly watching lines.
