How can you forget ZIV was running the company when he hired Friedland and gave him millions of shares which he illegally sold and tanked the sp as well sparked an SEC investigation that destroyed shareholders. As far as I'm concerned ZIv is a crook. He was the CEO and was captain of the ship that sank investors. Screw him!!!
