At one time I believed a jolly fat man landed flying reindeer on my roof, then climbed down our chimney to bring me gifts (even though I'd been naughty).

I also believed the owner of a company who told me...

we have sold many thousands of bottles of [deleted] since re-introducing it as a direct sale in january and everyone loves it. Even I am amazed.

We share waaaay more info with shareholders than any other pinksheet company I know. I am not suggesting you invest...it's still risky as long as we are listed on the Pinks because Market makers tend to short sell and manipulate. That is why are are gearing to move back up to the OTCBB and then even higher.

And one of his CEOs who said all this and more in several emails...

I have about $220,000 of my personal cash into the company and basically my entire career hinges on it's success. I also gave back half the stock I bought and paid for to the company to cut the outstanding down. If the stock price doesn't come up much much higher, I will never get my investment back. Even if it does I can't even think about it until mid-next year but it simply must be in the 50-60 cent range at the very least. Believe it or not the retail is almost all online, 99% from our site and I have to assume it is the press releases thus far that have gotten us such great exposure. It is also in a few hundred stores but it's mostly from the site right now.

If we sold 5 million dollars worth of wholesale product then clearly it will be in stores'. This is something I signed off on, and something I am preparing to get audited soon...if it were a lie it would surely ruin me. I would be insane if it were a lie. Who did I sell 5 million dollars worth if not retailers? It is laughable.

I will say that I have NOT considered releasing financials that are not audited by a CPA so that you will all get an audited Q. if I have to die trying.

I will continue trying with everything I have to make your investment worth a ton, and hopefully my efforts pay off for you. They have paid off tenfold for Northstar thus far. The company is making a ton of money and our little delay in retail is behind us as we are back on track. My sense is that Walgreens will go out with the product very shortly and the stock will react by going straight to a penny, and then I will be a hero in everyone's eyes again.

It was ALL LIES - fraud charges were eventually filed and the stock is now CE.



I believe what I see in my account, and I see it's been shrinking for 2 years straight, despite Kiran's continual bragging that the company is making money hand over fist.

Well bully for them!

Who cares if your investors hate you as long as YOU'RE making money off their money? Let those suckers wait 10 years before you start giving them a little back!
