I literally said:
"TD Webroker or Scotia iTrade up here in Canada. I believe as it stands, those are the only two brokerages that allow buying of NSAV"

I own about a million on TDWebroker (bought as recently as a few weeks ago with no issues) and 8MM on Qtrade...but Qtrade said no more buying, only selling.
