I think you mean Bear Lodge REE project, not Bear Creek, which is in BC. Bear Lodge is an interesting project but is not economic and has serious environmental issues to overcome not to mention the native tribes are not happy with it. Of course they have the technology to refine on-site, why wouldn't they? The technology is pretty standard.
