I talked to my GF about this move last night and they are trying to do everything to win the case without trying it. Has to do with judicial notice. And their claim is that because they had the previous 70 claims the fact that it’s a security does not need to be disputed. This will not good water honestly. Asking for an extension on discovery is not surprising either. We don’t know what they are fishing for. She asks for extensions all the time but only when she finds something hiding. She’s good lol.

Hate to say it but with all the strong hold security has! Would not surprise me to see one Judge step down and another reappear. No matter how its done. AIMHO
