my initial take was "shit, another offering" but now you got me thinking is this actually really bullish that they were able to get this deal done at this price?
Kingswood would have done some deep DD on this and been privy to the most current information about the data that CVM has.
and blinded or not i think we're all in agreement that CVM knows a helluva lot more about it than we do
