Creditors will get paid first. If anything left over then shareholders. Good luck with that. The management here got away with it by that small settlement.

Thanks for posting. I wonder what cents on the BK dollar that $400,000 is equivalent to, considering 3,000,000+ members. $400,000 is 0.13 member (before atteoney's take). And wonder what the cy pres remedy was.
