AG did not see it, AG raised the point based on a message board post IMO.Why did AZ wait for 5 to 6 years to raise the point?.Facts?.Did AG or AZ produce any facts?,none.If AG gets funded to litigate further, why would AZ give up on litigating as long as hourly charges being paid?.He would explore all the avenues with no facts, and nada proof.
If it proves something great. Problem is that ramos guy came out and said there are no hidden assets. Not sure how he talks his way out that one if it aint true.
