I think what Mariner was eluding to and others has in the past is the sec filings and what some have called outright a penny stock scheme. While I am not versed in sec filings, I would assume that it would be in ones best interest to do so if they were selling shares, or at least in the shareholders best interest. There is so much speculation as to what "Frank" is up to, but my guess is he has been on a shoe string from the get go and if I were in his shoes, I certainly wouldn't give up now. The fact that he has a building, employees, won't mean anything if he doesn't actually get the network up and running. At least not to the shareholders. I don't know whether he has any other ventures or not, but would think none as big as what this one could be. I am not saying what will or will not happen because I don't know. What I am saying is that we are all speculating, whether in the negative or positive. Those that have waited forever are not likely to be as positive as those who have just climbed on for the ride. I hope he proves to be a man of his word, and that he achieves a launch. For everyone.
