Not to mention that the whole Canadian short seller narrative was manufactured after I posted an article showing that the Canadian govt was in the process of writing rules in regards to naked short sellers.
Repeat - the topic of shorts is merely a diversion to take the attention off Ntephe and Offor. Both sides are well financed to carry on with this farce!
If a deal with Total or any other IOC is made the demand for ERHC shares from tens of thousands of investors will be sufficient to drive the SP over the top. Shorts scrambling to cover would not be needed !
No matter what is said the 4 year silence cannot continue ! Its utterly ridiculous that Ntephe and Offor would choose to do this! They need to be blocked from any participation in any US markets for the rest of their lives and Ntephe should be put on the next freighter back to Nigeria.
The SEC and DOJ pay lip service to protecting investors but these antics take place under their noses and they do nothing about it !
