The V Group-Suntex transaction has no such warries. By design, both companies retain the same board of directors until the process is completed VERY NICE Ride coming Here !!!$$$$

So would hope Finra would make sure that the LOFB spin off happens before another VGID spin off, just hoping the VGID/SNTX happens in a more timely manner than the VGID/LOFB spin off did, almost 4 years seems a little rich.
