i believe you're right. The tweet most likely entirely fabricated, but now would be the time for them to sell. They can't hire enough people to execute. Verify has been in beta forever with no signs of ever getting out of it. They didn't even mention Verisafe on the investor conference. I'm sure they see opportunities passing the company by because they do not have the resources to achieve them. Also it may be that government agencies are hesitant to give them fat contracts because they don't believe the company is equipped to fulfill them.
