Agree. Sharp already has custody of GVSI, that’s already a given, this is basically telling him if RL doesn’t turn the requested information over by the 25th he will have to face the judge. I wouldn’t be surprised if the requests by Mr. Sharp are either in his hands now or will be early in the week.
Could you imagine if they were redeeming shares illegally, causing the drop, even though the SS hasn’t changed and they have to buy them back on the open market?
That would be nuts!
