If he or the collectives of him has most of the shares. You bet he/they can have a big voice. Ofcourse, being a 60+ year old CEO, Mr. Peacock will listen and act according to his plans. He has great experience in this merger business judging by his past deals. ofcourse, only the investors/traders and MM will have the last say in PPS.
