Not sure what your point is, but no one is disputing the origins and the history of the KKK.
If you don't know the history of the KKK after the civil rights bills were passed in the 60's you need to look it up.
LBJ was the last Dem to win TX and the mid-South. There WAS a Southern Strategy that the GOP employed and it did not entail offending the KKK, now in the ranks of the GOP, nor segregationists of all stripes.
Additionally, the assholes marching in Charlottesville, white supremacist's, KKK, anti-Semites and proud boys are NOT Dem Party supporters or voters.
Do you still think the GOP is the Party of Lincoln, or even of Eisenhower?
