MOJO has canceled: warrants, options, class A stock, class B stock, stock option plans, and repurchased shares. Why did we do it? To give all investors a clear easy to understand cap table.
So here is the time line.

Canceled two employee stock plans 1,189,013 shares 2019

Canceled Class B common stock 10,000,000 shares 2019

Canceled warrants and options 5,201,379 shares 2019

Canceled 150,000,000 common shares 2021

Repurchased 208,999 as of 2021

Total as of May 14 2021 165,410,378 ((yes 165 million !))


All these actions brings us to 31,000,000 shares outstanding and 40,000,000 authorized
