After taking 30 minutes to closely read over the past two months tweets by NSAV and SBC's Linkedin page, I believe SBC is now focused on ownership of Crypto trading exchange platform, along with VirtuaBroker launch and having their own token currency it all makes sense. I believe the recent S1 priced between .01-.25c is going to look like a steal in the not so distant future IF a major announcement on crypto exchange comes to close.
