I'm not disagreeing with you in the slightest.
Share price should be $0 given the value of the patents which are worthless.

Have to give EMU and his cohorts credit, however. They know how to milk every penny out of this.

You're free to disagree but it's fallacious. The facts are that the patents are worthless and the shares are currently worth 1.9 cents give or take. If it's true that the patents were destined to be worthless from the git, then the only thing vplm has ever had going for itself and certain supporters, are the shares which are printed out of fiat and supported by a certain group of those I call the cabal, for a long time. Originally, when I believed in & supported the whole vplm Voip thing, I wound up buying & buying which resulted in losing & losing but luckily I wised up before it was too late and while there still a fair chance to do swing/day trading & thru that I recouped all my losses and made some money & then, with shares, signed off from ever buying again, so I'm locked into the black w/vplm. From that point, whatever happens, happens. But the overarching truth is that vplm never made money from the patents themselves and only used the "patent story" to be able to sell many many shares. Anybody that's made any money with vplm did so because the had shares to deal. No one made money from the patents themselves. Thus the patents are worthless & shares have always had some value & are the sole source of income for vplm & and a few players.

USPTO says the patents have value.
PTAB says the patents have value.
Court hasn't issued a final ruling. Until they do so, the patents have value. OPINIONS of what the court WILL rule are presumptive opinions.

It is up to the shareholder to make those OPINIONS for themselves. Some have Opined the patents are worthless. Some have opined the patents are worth 100's of millions. Some don't know but are willing to place a bet.

Some aren't.
