Newfound XXXXX#2 today..thank you very much. We are a SHELL...fully disclosed. My FORM 10 is ready to....ALL READY TO FILE BY TUESDAY...this is what the SEC told me today. I spent an HOUR on the phone with a Senior Supervisor with the SECs Edgar. I wish ENFORCEMENT would step in their direction.

I am asking my consultant to reference also the 60 now MARIJUANA WEBSITES in action...SECRET....mostly all belong to ACCR. I am making friends also with a new MARKET MAKER today....I did, YES SIR!.....there are only 98,000,000 shares in a FIXED FLOAT scenario.
