Basically this was a "Meet Mr. Brown" type of thing.

They have been working this for only 2 months. Right now it is baby steps.

- Get pink current before 9/28/21
- Finish Audit (last one was 2017 or 18)
- Get on OTCQB

Currently no 5 year plan, six month plan is plenty at the moment.

All of the old divisions no longer exist.

Mr. Brown is funding HPIL development out of his own pocket.
