:Members here may be amused by the strange coincidence that the signup procedures at AtomicBobs (as of 1/2) and RagingBull (as of 1/19) are completely disabled. Nobody can sign up a new account at either site.

I just signed up for a Raging Bull account. What makes you think that it's disabled?
