They PRed both terminations and as far as I know the end of January is the intended time of closing on the deal but not a deadline.
IMO since we're heading into that period it's a good indication that it's going to be closed. They've been working on it for some time and it takes longer to get it closed that to find out it isn't going to close at all.
Then again we're dealing with Fulda here so who knows;-) lol
