Ok Bob just noticed this in my TD account. Symbol 422RGT019 It has a share amount. When I looked deeper in my account under other in history it stated: non taxable spin-off liquidation distribution. This showed up on 5/21.
They say an idle mind is a devils workshop. Sometimes get the feeling this “feud” was perpetrated to keep the arguments alive, so that folks could be focused elsewhere while all this plays out :-)
