Especially before agreeing to a 2 year note and a $0.05 p/sh conversion rate. Think about that one for a second, would you agree to a $0.05 conversion rate for a stock trading under $.02? Only if you've seen behind the curtain. Otherwise just buy it under $0.02 and it's free trading.'
