I'll give you that, but certainly the frustration and thought process behind the immediate negativity is warranted and understood. My first thought was it's another bs announcement with zero actionable info.
I see this development as one of several recent steps in the right direction. I have said several times that the change needed will not happen overnight. Some of the developments may not be that exciting on their own, but when you step back and look at the recent progression, I believe it shows signs of taking the necessary steps for a better future.
In a bubble of the last few months, I'd agree with you. But expanding that to include the entire last year and half, it's impossible for me to put any stake into it.
My hunch is, pct is paying/ reimbursing the company to carry, brand, and market its products. I've seem similar "collaborations" and "joint ventures" with other pink sheet companies, all with similar language (it's awesome, everyone is excited to work together, e.t.c, but with ZERO concrete info, no machines purchased, no machines placed, no orders, no finances, nothing, nada, zip, zilch. Absolutely nothing.
On the surface it looks promising, under the surface, which everyone here is very well aware of, this deal is murky at best.
