You may be on to something with that interpretation but I still look at it slightly differently.

IMO, the BK remote assets belong to us and, if AGs Source is being honest with her, the transaction will look more like a purchase of said assets than a gift of stock because they have to.

I believe that COOP nee WMIH has done everything it was supposed to under POR7 or else the BK would not have been closed.

Still, it is an interesting thought.

Regardless, I got ALL the Three Flavors of WaMu Stock Escrows and Want ALL of us to benefit from the POR7 , And not Just A Section like 'Common' Escrows...
