I do not look at the day-to-day but rather the long term prospect.

Revenues for 2019 were $708.41K and revenues for 2020 were $2.52M = +255.726% increase. Doesn't look like it is declining over the long term.

SP 12/31/2019 was 0.0055 and 12 months later it was 0.022 = +300% increase. Doesn't look terribly depressed to me.

Different perspectives offer different conclusions. My conclusion is PCTL is good as a long term investment.

If your looking for higher/faster returns, maybe try playing the Stock Promotions (also referred to as pump and dumps) which are listed daily here.
Best to get in and out early though.
