It's expensive to get on the OTCQB, filings and fees are not the same as "Alternative Reporting" Pink Current. Audits, higher engagement of Attorneys, more intense scrutiny by OTC Mkts. Everyone wants their portion of flesh for the company to get there.
10K's get audited, 10K's do not get audited under alternative reporting. The next stop is to see if Andrew is bringing home the bacon that makes this all worthwhile....the signs say, yes.
Investors were given a glimpse of the future, you don't put up $175k because you "feel" good about the company, you do a lot of due diligence. Especially before agreeing to a 2 year note and a $0.05 p/sh conversion rate. Think about that one for a second, would you agree to a $0.05 conversion rate for a stock trading under $.02? Only if you've seen behind the curtain. Otherwise just buy it under $0.02 and it's free trading.
Patience might be required, but it will be rewarded, imo.
