Many moderate or severe UC patients can be controlled on mercaptopurine, azathioprine or lesser used other old generics (cyclosporine, methotrexate). These med's are all under $100/month for generic. Humira and Remicade now have biosimilars but are still very expensive with AWP > 50K (discounts would be 20-30% less). Xeljanz is 50K AWP - so probably average plan pays 30-35K.
