SIMPLE logic to me seems to indicate..
IF IF IF the P's allowed commons to participate in ANY PAYOUT prior to where they legitimately are ever allowed to participate ( ONLY AFTER P's are PAID IN FULL), THEN THEY AS WELL would have had concessions on the back side carrying this out for ever.
