LPC will never be used again.

Why?

Because the stock will never get high enough to use them again.

The only time the price will be high is upon the buyout making LPC completely irrelevant since Elite will no longer be around.

ELTP is all about the buyout at this point.

Stock price matters for LPC, which Nasrat has admitted he won’t tap at these levels, but if the price is right he will.
