If he is right about that, then I could be wrong.

I could also still be right IF THJMW (who theoretically controls the distribution of those assets) were to decide that they did not fall under the 75%/25%.

Maybe that is why she was so adamant (almost militant) about not allowing them to be enumerated in open court.

Who knows? I don't know. But I have an opinion.
