ive never bothered to contact IR...but i believe IR stands for investor relations?....i had always assumed they wanted to forge a POSITIVE relationship?...with maybe SOME semblance of professionalism?...
not only did he say and act stupidly but he made damn sure it was documented in an e-mail?...
this is the guy who is the first line of contact for the company?...the one who people will get their first impression of kblb from?...
