Well let's look at it this way

Aprox 94 to 95% of COOP is held by TUTES and INSIDERS, leaving at todays out stand of 86 mill that leaves aprox 4 mill shares left to be had..

NOW the vast MAJORITY of these TUTE holders are HERE AFTER THE FACT and HODL ZERO legacy interests, WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ????

Pretty easy COOP WILL DO WELL and they can't get escrows so they be getting the second best thing, shares in COOP.

Now why are SEVERAL LARGE HOLDERS SELLING OUT OF COOP, imho because they have the very best thing LEGACY HOLDINGS and the CONFIRMATION that something is about to happen puts them at ease as far as letting go of their COOP and they have been doing so since it hit 38$.

SO this gives them the freed up money to go elsewhere with and make even more while waiting on THEIR BIG WINDFALL from legacy...

HEHEHEH and maybe JUST MAYBE they see major DILUTION heading our way

I highly suggest ALL THUNK REAL HARD before they make a decision s to sell or hold through the turmoil. THere are only about 5 mill shares that are even available here to be had, and imho the nest round of BUYING on the part of these tutes will most likely eat all of that up................................
