not sure, nick. one of the times it dropped to 4, was on 10 freaking shares! so, obviously it's being majorly screwed with. the new rule at many places of no buying of a c.e. stock has to be a big part of it. i put in a buy this morning at 12, when it had dropped way down, and it was rejected by tda. sells only. couv
