Today was the first day most US brokers will not take buy orders for CE stocks. Until $COUV is fully reinstated on pinks, no retail buys = price uncertainty and fluctuation. Imo it's coming soon, however. Waiting on SEC to process and approve the Form 10 filed 1 month+ ago now. Then it'll happen pretty fast imo.
