700mg would be the better dosage, but if the trial is successful, then they'd be having to give the higher dosage which would be more expensive to supply.

So the trial is hospitalized moderates. It really isn't too much different than where lenzilumab had success with newly hospitalized early stage severe patients. It does make sense that the most success would be treating newly hospitalized patients who are just starting to have serious immunological symptoms. Milds are too early to treat except with a cheap pill and criticals are maybe too late to effectively treat.
