Ya. Frauds are extremely rare. But tell that to Theranos investors. Maybe run a Benford's law script against their financial statements. Made up financials tend to have lots of 9's.

I do not think they are frauds. They have $27M in revenue, noteworthy customers, and were able to raise over $22M in the past 5 months. It all boils down to Russ's operating competence/incompetence.

No, not for a small revenue increase, an inability to cut costs, and no regard for current shareholders with the free warrant.
