Lots of members of this same group sued Cytodyn and the board for self enrichment at a time when CYDY HIV BLA looking possible but the co was vulnerable. Bad timing if your for the company yet good timing if against.

Yet Pestell owns the most shares in Cytodyn, as you say in return for what ? Who has really enriched themselves here ?
