Exactly dss19!! The 5 Million Preferred Shares were issued on March 31st. Does that mean they were in the possession of 1094 Military Trail LLC on the Same Day?? Does it also mean that was the last thing that had to happen??

That is why the "Balance Sheet" baloney is a bunch of BS. You would not issue the shares and put the Building on the balance sheet all in the same day. That is nonsense. Complete distraction.

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! It is the same with every tidbit of information that SPRV makes public. Everything SPRV has distributed is a bunch of half-truths, overstatements, falsehoods, incomplete information, and loaded with unadulterated BULLSHIT!

If the SPRV communication were clear, without equivocation, and complete, we would not be having this discussion, which leads to the conclusion the Company is likely prepetrating a shareholder ripoff!
