Not when put with the KNOWN FACTS, that is is their Modus operandi.
That building, nor any others, will ever show up in their filings.
The 10-K for SPRV, will still be, No assets, No revenue, No hope.

I have to strongly disagree with that point. What you are saying is that we should not rely on the financial statements reported by the company as being a fair and accurate reading of the financial condition of the company, and that the financial statements are not to be relied upon. The quarterly reports and financial reports should be accurate, and they are not. It's not a typo to not include the building on the balance sheet. It is a typo to put Q4 balance sheet for 2020 rather then Q1 for 2020 in the previous year's balance sheet on the report.

So, the lack of an entry on the balance sheet is not weak, but a strong argument. The other points you have raised from the quarterly report are also strong in support of the buying of the building. It matters if you want to say the Jupiter, FL building was bought.

The quarterly report is somewhat ambiguous, and poorly written, which is why we have this discussion, and why the company's stock is Pink Limited Information. Certainly, once the next financial statements start showing revenue, this question will be moot anyway, but we have to wait until August for that answer unless the S-11 provides us with those answers. The SEC won't like a sloppy form though.

The only thing backing a theory it wasn't is a lack of an entry on the balance sheet. That is pretty weak.

In whose FANTASY WORLD is a company's Balance Sheet NOT important? FYI, Tthe Balance Sheet and Operating Statement are the #1 & #2 DD reference points for most investors!

This is classic!

"Oh the $10,000,000 building is not on the Balance Sheet? No big deal! Who gives a damn about $10,000,000 of shareholders' money?"
