I agree $0.05 is a trigger for sells and it will dip - but when the merger is announced it will run.
When Cooley was the CEO from his past history I predicted a price of $0.19.
But as the best penny stock researcher taught me - play the promoter not the company as they are far more predictable. That was in the good ole days of APS and 25 other promoters.
Now that Cooley is no longer the CEO and if they retire 1 Billion shares - a software reverse split - I see AVVH as very similar to the Costello run of GRNF - except there is a real company merging with AVVH.
