regarding the court dismissal....
Did you happen to read your own info that the dismissal was based on "written settelement agreement and mutual release" whereas the "settelement agreement and mutual release calls for the resolution of the above actions in its entirety by, among other things, payment under said written settlement agreement and mutual release to be made over time"
Do you know what the terms of the settlement agreement are???
Do you think that the settlement involves the escrow shares just going "poof" and disapearing?
Did you notice the date on the "dismissal"?

The most recent filing is +2 months later. So dont you think that the recent filing should incorporate said settlement with regards to AS and OS?
