You should’ve posted this link before instead of posting a link that indicated no such date of 5/25/2021 One good thing that came from this is that I read the entire SEC Rule change. The registrar and learned a lot.

I can not reply to your private messages only public.

The only entities that will be able to buy HGLC are one of the 600 or so Market Makers. A retail buyer would need to go directly to one of 6k broker dealers that would then need to go directly to a Market Maker to buy HGLC

I have never been able to buy CEs with E*TRADE. But I can sell them. I have over 40m shares for many many many years. I will continue to hold until they are worthless or I make a sh*t ton of $$$

I have TD Ameritrade and Ally Invest.. Every time Ameritrade restricts a stock I hop over to Ally and trade it there.
