The Jupiter, FL Building DD is becoming more clear.
1. The building sold for $14.1 Million in 2018 to 1094 Military Trail, LLC. (Link Below)
2. The 1094 Military Trail LLC is affiliated with Summit Corporate Real Estate. (A. Jonh Merola is the common link)
3. Summit Corporate Real Estate has 4 Principals, including A John Merola and SPRV's CEO John Murphy.
4. SPRV merged with 1094 Military Trail, LLC, thus acquiring the building in March for 10 Million Common Shares and 5 Million Preferred Shares.

A John Merola is a Multi-Millionaire and a philanthropist. Summit manages and owns Medical Office Buildings in several states. He is clearly working with John Murphy on merging this real estate into SPRV. The 4 new MOB are likely Summit properties that can be found on the Summit web-site.

Because 1094 Military Trl. LLC, is a known affiliate of Summit.
Therefore, this "deal" will be just like W2D.
Little Rod walked away with W2D, because it was his all along. SPRV only used it to sell their shares.
Summit will walk away with any of the properties bought by 1094, or whatever other entity they come up with.

Neither the assets, or any revenue will show up in the SPRV filings. Just like the mortgage payments made to Bethpage on that 1094 property will show up in SPRV filings.
