Agreed, it is interesting. Will be more interesting if it ever gets legs. However, at this point I think there are very few Federal Judges left who are not complicit or compromised. I don't think there will ever be a resolution achieved through the courts that will ever end the covid nonsense. This is an asymmetric war, and the most desired outcome can only be achieved by actually fighting back.
